We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our jewelry brand website. If for any
reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We reserve the
right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
We will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the item for another item of equal
value, as specified by you.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return
shipping.

Standard ground shipping on all orders under $400.

Express shipping with signature on delivery: $0

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on your

Domestic Returns

All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To Ship an item back Agoro Inc simply pack your item and invoice and affix the prepaid mailing label. 

To mail your package, you can:

a. Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line(the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end.)

b. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily USPS pick-up.

Holiday Delivery is not available

To ensure the secure delivery of your order Agoro, Inc does not ship orders to post office boxes. Agoro, Inc is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
